CAMBRIA COUNTY, Pa. (WJAC) — Retail stores in Cambria County have now reopened their doors after moving into the yellow phase of reopening.
One of those stores was Adorned Boutique in Johnstown. The shop welcomed customers back inside for the first time in almost two months.

“We were very steady. Business was very steady. It wasn’t overwhelming so we were able to maintain safe distancing and I think everyone was just really excited to be back to some sense of normalcy,” said Adorned owner, Jessica Martella.

It returns to Tussey Mountain Thursday after the pandemic forced them to pull the plug on last summer's rendition.
COVID is now less of an obstacle, but something else is in the way: a national shortage of chicken wings.
However, Tussey Mountain’s Marketing Director Aaron Weyman says advanced planning got them prepared.
“Luckily for us, we’ve got great relationships already with a lot of food vendors and businesses in the area and they knew that we have this event and they’ve been in contact with us,"
UPDATE:EBENSBURG, Pa (WJAC) — According to Dauntless fire chief Mike Sheehan, 3 people were rescued from Lake Rowena Saturday afternoon.
Chief Sheehan says that two of the people "self-rescued" themselves and were able to climb back onto the ice.
One other person had to be rescued by the water rescue team.

Bedford Co., PA (WJAC) — State police in Bedford County have charged a Buffalo Mills man with multiple sex crimes after he was accused of having a "sexual relationship" with a female student.
Troopers say Jarrod Clapper, 24, faces felony counts of sexual contact with a student in/near a school, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor, according to online court documents.
Authorities say in January of this year, troopers were contacted by a school resource officer for the Bedford Area School District to report a possible sexual relationship between a female student and a member of the school's IT department.
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (WJAC) — Penn State Football Head Coach James Franklin announced the addition of Gerad Parker to the coaching staff as the wide receivers coach. Parker joins the Nittany Lions after a two-year stint at Duke University where he most recently served as the wide receivers coach for the 2018 season.
“We are excited to add Gerad to our staff,” Franklin said. “He has a comprehensive background and knows the Big Ten.
