PLAINVIEW, Texas (CITC) — A community is outraged over a Texas school district's response to what they feel was a case of sexual assault among first-grade students. Parents allege that a female 6-year-old student in the Plainview Independent School District (Plainview ISD) was recorded on an iPad while being forced to perform a sexual act on a male classmate last month. Once the incident was reported, the video was reviewed with the assistance of local law enforcement and FBI.

University Park, PA (WJAC) — Penn State has released its 2024 football schedule, which includes several new opponents as a result of the expansion of the Big Ten Conference. (TND) — A pair of muscle cars top the list of most-stolen vehicles for model years 2020-22, according to the Highway Loss Data Institute. Theft claims for the top car, the Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat, were more than 60 times more frequent than the average for all 2020-22 models, the HLDI said. The list features vehicles that are valuable and powerful, HLDI’s director of insurance outreach Kay Wakeman said. “That's reflected in the top two vehicles on the list,” she said.
