The Cambria County Coroner's office has released the identity of the individual killed in a motorcycle versus vehicle crash near South Fork Saturday evening.
The coroner says that David Fogle, 56, was riding his motorcycle on Ragers Hill Road, without a helmet, when the crash occurred around 11:15 p.m.
According to officials, both Fogle and the other vehicle were traveling southbound on Ragers Hill Road at the time of the incident.
LITTLETON, Colo. (TND) — A school bus aide in Colorado was arrested after security video surfaced of her beating a 10-year-old student who has special needs, according to authorities. An 11-page arrest affidavit noted 28-year-old Kiarra Jones, a paraprofessional for Littleton Public Schools, was charged with third-degree assault for allegedly assaulting an at-risk child with a disability on a school bus.
Surveillance footage released Tuesday by civil rights attorneys shows a woman -- allegedly Jones -- sitting next to a child on a bus.

MIAMI (CITC) — The Florida Department of Education on Thursday threatened to restrict an Islamic school’s ability to participate in voucher programs after an imam allegedly associated with it prayed for the "annihilation of Jews."
The agency warned Reviver Academy it will prevent the school from taking part in Family Empowerment scholarships if it determines Fadi Kablawi has a relationship with the school. The scholarships give tuition assistance to children attending private schools in the state.
