STATE COLLEGE, Pa. (WJAC) — More details have been released regarding a State College officer-involved shooting that left one man dead.
According to a police search warrant obtained by 6 News, on Tuesday, a father who lives out of town was worried about his son, 29-year-old Osaze Osagie, who he told police had been acting erratically for a couple of weeks and could possibly be off his medication.
The father showed police text messages that showed Osagie made threats to himself and others, the warrant says.
HELENA, Mont. (TND) — Republican Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte told The National Desk (TND) Monday state officials acted within their legal limitations by removing a child from parents who objected to their transitioning gender identity.

Clearfield, PA — Under the new guidance, the state is recommending that elementary schools in the substantial level of transmission allow their students to return for hybrid or blended instruction starting on Jan 25th.

CLEARFIELD, Pa. (WJAC) — Clearfield could be the next county in Pennsylvania to establish a drug court. Although, there's some disagreement over how it would operate.
6 News spoke with some of the county commissioners and the district attorney about the plan.
Two of the Clearfield County Commissioners told 6 News on Wednesday that the idea was prompted by the recent settlement of a 2018 suit against big pharmaceutical companies, which Clearfield and other counties will receive funds from.
